1. Download and Unzip the Product
After purchasing and downloading the product, you'll receive a *.zip* file. Unzip it to access its contents.
2. Locate the Model and Textures
Inside the unzipped folder, you’ll find the 3D model in *.fbx* format and a set of textures in *.png* format.
3. Adjusting the Model Scale
Depending on the software you’re using, the imported model might appear incorrectly scaled. If that's the case, scale the model up by 100x to match the correct size.
4. Importing the Textures
Choose the appropriate texture set based on the software you're using:
- For Unreal Engine, use the *UE* folder.
- For Unity, use the *Unity* folder.
- Standard PBR textures are also included for use in other software.
5. Using the ORM Map in Unreal Engine
In Unreal Engine, you can use the provided ORM map, which packs Ambient Occlusion (Red channel), Roughness (Green channel), and Metallic (Blue channel) in that specific order. Since this texture contains technical data (not color information), make sure to uncheck the "sRGB" checkbox in its texture settings. This ensures accurate linear interpretation of the values (from 0 to 1).
6. Setting Normal Maps in Unity
If you’re using Unity, make sure to mark the normal map as a normal map in the texture import settings for it to display correctly.
Unreal Engine handles this automatically, but in Unity it must be done manually.
